Questions related to the background modes
If you have a laptop, or an LCD-monitor with a resolution of about 1920×1080, you may see black dots on your screen when selecting “color” or “texture” mode. These dots are not typically visible on a 4K monitor configured in lower resolution (e.g. 1920×1080). If you don’t like these black dots, you can configure your monitor in another resolution (in Windows), or you can disable “Perforated” in Line or Cross. If you don’t see the line or the cross very well, choose a brighter color for the line or the cross.
Questions related to Print Screen and JPEG
This is usually the case if your monitor is configured for scaling (for example 125% or 150%, etc.). The problem should be solved if you select in Line or Cross the same scaling as used in Windows settings (see Main/Screen/Display scale).
Questions related to Dual Mouse Modes
If your computer recognizes the mouse, it should work. But you need to inform Line or Cross pro which pointer device you are using (by moving the left mouse and the right mouse, and clicking the number of the activity meter that lights up when starting the tool).
